Matt Snow

My path to becoming a designer wasn’t a straight four‑year line through university. I worked multiple concurrent jobs to put myself through school and eventually graduated with a deep understanding of how hard work and persistence actually shape a career.

I studied multimedia at a time when nobody specialized, so I learned everything — photography, audio and video editing, 3D, animation, illustration, web design, and coding. I soaked it all up, and that breadth became the foundation of how I think about products, teams, and systems today.

Since then, I’ve spent decades designing and leading products across gaming, consumer tech, and high‑growth companies — earning awards, patents, recognition in global publications, and speaking opportunities around the world.
